Just wow, what an amazing company ElectroGas must be to have such brilliant technicians working for them. Paul went above and beyond what the job entailed, this was no small repair, the whole interior of my SMEG oven needed to be replaced due to corrosion.
Paul came out to inspect the oven initially to see if the repair would be covered under warranty, he then created a report on my behalf to SMEG who agreed that the repair would be covered even though the oven was over 10 years old.
Not only was Paul tidy, professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient, but he also took the time to polish handles, wiped out the oven, cleaned up all the benches and floors, he even glued down something I had broken. I would highly recommend this company to repair any and all of the products they are authorised.
Paul even shared his knowledge to my friend regarding her appliance and suggested products to keep our appliances in top shape. What an amazing ambassador for ElectroGas Industries.

When I needed a warranty repair for my Smeg oven I was put in touch with ElectroGas. The ladies on the phone are extremely friendly and helpful to schedule the service. The gentleman that turned up to assess the oven was very friendly and knowledgeable.
They ordered the required parts. Kept in touch with me. Organised the repair very efficiently. Sent update sms messages throughout the process and then today arrived again on time and got the oven fixed up for me. I think this is the only repair specialist that’s ever arrived on time and been so efficient.
The service is fantastic. The type of service Electrogas provides is the type of service everyone hopes to receive and I was super impressed!

Electrogas replaced my Smeg rangehood under warranty. Vicki in the office was outstanding regarding contacting me. I have poor mobile reception so contact is a problem but she always remembered this when having to change appointments etc. Thank you.
